• Candidate must have done B.E/B.Tech/ME/MCA/Others degree or equivalent combination of education or related field preferred 
• 0-3 years of support services or in any project or some program experience 
• Exp working with  Basic Networking knowledge,  Basic knowledge of Email clients technology industry 
• Exp working with company products as well as Basic Operating System knowledge (Win XP / Vista / 7) 
• Exp of Resolve Service Request Tasks, Basic and Advanced Troubleshooting
  Customer Service Calls, Follow up with End Users, Provide Training to End Users. working with computer systems and its use 
• Basic project management skills 
• Basic analytical & problem solving skills 
• Interpersonal skills for customers interaction and team members 
• Organization and time management skills ,Communication skills 
• Should have the Ability to work independently as well as part of a team 
• Willingness to travel
