Required Education: B.E/B.Tech/ B.S/ M.Sc/ MCA

Required Experience: 0-2 Years

Required Candidate Profile :

• Candidate is required to be a Graduate in specializing the field of Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or any related field 
• Candidate should have a work experience of 2 years in any IT firm
• Candidate should possess basic knowledge of Customer Service and Project Management 
• Candidate should possess good communication and analytical skills 
• Candidate should possess sound working knowledge of infrastructure industry work environment, OS, security, network, voice, end user and server related applications
• Candidate must be familiar with business Information Technology (BIT) tools including SCM, CRM. HRIS, AFMS 
• Candidate must be familiar with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) reference model 
• Candidate should have problem solving approach and ownership attitude towards work 
• Candidates with experience of monitoring and reacting to system events and end user requisition based work will be given preference

Job Role : This Job involves:

• Participating in work as a Team member in Information Technology technical team.
• Performing the basic analytical work as part of functional/service requirements. 
• Implementing the end-user/Client infrastructure requirements  
• Providing basic support of enterprise platforms and services to the end user and team  
• Fixing issues of end users by utilizing the available knowledge reference documents
• Monitoring the production schedule and maintaining its successful and timely completion with no open issues 
• Providing support to the enterprise-wide system's development and maintenance 
• Performing the work assigned by the seniors and sharing the team work with complete ownership
