• Candidate applying for Tech support post should be a B.Tech fresher (2016 passout); Diploma holders may also apply
• Candidate is desired to have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Candidate should have good knowledge of computer and networking 

 Job Role:

• Employee working on Technical support post will be responsible for providing voice support to the internal and external end users of the organization based in across North America, EMEA and AP.
• Employee working on non-technical support profile will be responsible for handling Inbound calls, emails and chats regarding technical issues for end users
